Carlos Moreno is an Associate Professor at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne / IAE Sorbonne Business School, and the Scientific Director and co-founder of the ETI Chair. He is an expert of the Human Smart City and a Knight of the French Legion of Honour.Since February 2015, Carlos is the Mayor of Paris’ Special Envoy for Smart Cities.
